Payments & Billing
- All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly) depending on your plan.
- Failure to renew hosting or domain services may result in suspension or termination.
- Prices are subject to change; however, customers will be notified in advance.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide the best services, but we understand issues may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Domains: All domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Hosting Plans: Hosting services are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided there has been no violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Other Services (SSL, Add-ons, etc.): Non-refundable after activation.
Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us at billing@jdnhost.com within the eligible period.
Service Availability & Uptime Guarantee
- We strive to provide 99.9% uptime on all hosting services.
- Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party providers, or force majeure events is excluded from this guarantee.
Limitation of Liability
JDN Host is not liable for any:
- Loss of data, profits, or business due to service interruptions.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to weak or compromised credentials.
- Indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without prior notice if you:
- Breach these Terms & Conditions.
- Fail to make payments on time.
- Engage in activities harmful to our network or other users.
